Gary has over 17+ years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Prior to moving to SW Florida, Gary worked as the Marketing Director for CB Hunt Kennedy in New York City. As a licensed Broker in NYC he specialized on the Upper West Side of Manhattan as a Coop, Condo, and Townhouse specialist.
Gary’s education in the Real Estate industry has taken him one step further, now as a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor he teaches Pre-sales licensing, Brokers licensing, and Post licensing classes for the Fort Myers School of Real Estate & Naples School of Real Estate.
